Dentipartners: Terms of Strategic Search & Selection

1. Legal Identity Dentipartners is the trading name of Dentipartners Limited. All services provided are deemed Executive Search and Selection Consultancy services.

2. Acceptance of Advisory Terms The introduction by Dentipartners of a candidate’s Search & Selection Report (or summary) to the Client, or the scheduling of a consultation with said candidate, shall be deemed acceptance by the Client of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Consultancy Success Fee No Success Fee is payable until the Client (or an associate firm/corporation) engages a candidate introduced via a Dentipartners Search & Selection exercise, and that candidate subsequently commences their contract or employment.

4. The "Gen" & Vetting Disclaimer Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own final due diligence, including the verification of references, clinical qualifications (e.g., SDC Golden List status), and creditworthiness. Dentipartners acts as a Talent Advisor providing market intelligence and can give no warranties or clinical guarantees.

5. Immigration & Regulatory Compliance Dentipartners provides Market and Career Advisory services. We do not provide immigration or legal advice. It is the responsibility of the Client and the Candidate to ensure all visa and professional registrations (e.g., AHPRA, BHeC, DCNZ) are valid.

6. Remuneration & Fees The Success Fee is calculated at 10% of the total annual remuneration package.

7. Payment Terms The Success Fee becomes due upon the candidate’s commencement date. Invoices are payable strictly within 7 days.

8. Confidentiality & Approach The service offered by Dentipartners is strictly confidential. No approach will be made to a candidate's current or previous employer without express consent.
